1. Ownership and License
You retain ownership of your submission. However, by submitting, you grant Antonis Tsompanakis, doing business as Midnight Capital a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to publish, distribute, edit, and display your work on our website and associated platforms. This includes future mediums such as print editions, newsletters, and premium features.

2. Originality and Responsibility
By submitting content:
You confirm that the work is your original creation.
You affirm that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
You accept full legal responsibility for the content you provide, including factual accuracy and lawful expression.

3. No Compensation
At this stage, contributions are voluntary and unpaid. Submissions are offered to Antonis Tsompanakis, doing business as Midnight Capital, without expectation of financial compensation, in return for potential exposure and inclusion in a respected publication.

4. Editorial Rights
We reserve the right to edit, reformat, or reject any submission at our discretion. Edits may include headline changes, grammar corrections, or formatting — without altering the core message. Final publication is not guaranteed.

5. Withdrawal and Removal
Contributors may request content removal by contacting us. We may retain archived or cached versions internally or for historical purposes.

6. Monetization and Future Use
You agree that your submission may be used in future monetized content or commercial activities (e.g., subscription packages, printed anthologies, sponsored newsletters), with proper attribution to you as the author/editor.

7. Acceptance
By submitting, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from submitting content.
